India is a country, where disparities are very common. Women are integral part of every society. Since societies are formed of group of peoples. The lifestyle and thinking pattern differs from each other. Individual has different level of perception & opinions. This opinion structure create a kind of barrier on the freedom of others.In past many decades, Indian women are struggling for their rights & freedom. Government has started many programs & policies to protect the women rights. Even after many programs and initiative, women are still considered as the matter of enjoy & fun. In this modern era, a need was felt to give right direction to the opinion of people as to empower the women. Noorani an NGO for women empowerment has started with an aim to make awareness about women rights and to bring change in their mentality for themselves as women also underestimate herself. In order to bring the change in societies, it is necessary to change the mentality of women for herself. This NGO aims to strengthen the position of women in societies and to give a power to live a boundary free life.
