In 2010 NORDBETON began to be active in motorsport, when we installed our concrete barrier walls at a local drag race in germany. This triggered more activities for us in motorsport, such as outfitting the "German Touring Car Masters" (DTM Germany) show events, where NORDBETON supplied barriers for the Munich race and for the "Race of Champions" (ROC) event in Düsseldorf. Through these experiences we developed relationships with national and international organizations like DSMB (local ASN Germany) and FIA (federation internationale de l'automobil).Our customer base now includes Formula 1 Circuits, Moto GP circuits, local club facilities and proving grounds of world famous car manufacturers. We provide products and services for raceways, street courses, and motorsport events of all types across the globe. Together with our strategic partner GEOBRUGG AG, the global leader in the supply of high-tensile steel wire safety nets, we are able to meet the full range of requirements needed to equip both permanent and temporary circuits with the best possible spectator protection including "FIA Grade 1 circuits". The result of the combined R&D power of both companies is the innovative mobile GEOBRUGG Debris Fence, which integrates world class concrete racing barriers with an optimized debris fence for fast and quick installation.NORDBETON GmbH maintains a commitment to excellence rooted in a road construction company founded in 1876 by the great-great-grandfather of the current managing directors.
