Nordic Safari Club is an association for hunters in the Nordic countries with a special passion for international hunting.Nordic Safari Club was founded in May 1972 by well-known Nordic trophy hunters.The club is independent of hunting travel agencies and hunting organizations, and is for all Nordic hunters, with a special interest in international hunting. The purpose of the club is to work for the benefit of this type of hunting.We give information about international hunting - we seek to give our members a chance to exchange experiences, we promote the members' opportunities for hunting abroad and fight for their interests as international hunters.Our mission is to stand up for sustainable hunting by explaining it to non-hunters all over the world. We try to be as proactive as possible but naturally we also take action when hunting is under attack.Hunting magazine:TROPHY is issued by the club 6 times a year. The magazine primarily contain member's articles on hunting abroad. In addition, we write about gear, we test , write informative articles, hunting reports, historical articles and portraits of hunters.Trophy measuring:NSC measure trophies from all over the world. We measure according to Safari Club International and CIC's rules.Shooting events:Among other things we arrange field shooting with rifles. We aim to give our members the opportunity to practice for stationary and moving targets at distances from 10–600 meters.Auctions:Auctions of donated hunting trips and hunting related equipment are held at our website. Be ready to make a really good purchase!Club slams:NSC has established a number of slams: Nordic Slam, European Slam, European Grand Slam, NSK Slam 50, NSK Slam 100, NSK Slam 150, NSK Slam 200. Big Five Slam, Tiny Ten Slam and Predator Slam.Counseling:To advise in insurance cases in connection with thefts, destruction, hunting trips, etc. NSC has an expert committee to deal with these issues.Welcome to Nordic Safari Club
