"Nork" Social Services Technology and Awareness Center" Fund was based in accordance with the Decision N 1059-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia on 28th July 2011 as the "Pension System Awareness System" Fund: the changes have been implemented on 20th May 2016. The "Nork" Technology Center is a leading technology centre in Armenia, which provides information telecommunication services to the public and private sector. Since the 2000s, it designs, implements and maintains about 15 information systems of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of RA, which help to provide fast, transparent, accurate digital services to the citizens of Armenia. Now the executive director is Anahit Parzyan. ««Նորք» սոցիալական ծառայությունների տեխնոլոգիական և իրազեկման կենտրոն» հիմնադրամը ստեղծվել է ՀՀ կառավարության՝ 2011 թվականի հուլիսի 28-ի՝ N 1059-Ն որոշման համաձայն՝ որպես «Կենսաթոշակային համակարգի իրազեկման կենտրոն» հիմնադրամ. վերանվանումը կատարվել է 2016 թվականի մայիսի 20-ին: Այն ստեղծված է որպես ՀՀ Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոն։«Նորք» տեխնոլոգիաների կենտրոնն արդեն 20 տարի նախագծում, ներդնում ու սպասարկում է ՀՀ աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության շուրջ 15 տեղեկատվական համակարգերը, որոնք օգնում են քաղաքացիներին մատուցել արագ, թափանցիկ և ճշգրիտ թվային ծառայություններ։ Այժմ ««Նորք» սոցիալական ծառայությունների տեխնոլոգիական և իրազեկման կենտրոն» հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրենն է Անահիտ Պարզյանը։
