Norman and Bella is a Tel Aviv based leather shoes and bags label, founded by the designer Tal Arbel.After graduating from the Bezalel Academy of Arts & Design in Jerusalem and The International Shoe School in San Mauro Pascoli in Italy, Tal Arbel had the privilege to learn her profession from the great shoe master Enzo Bonafe in the factory that bears his name in Bologna, where she took part in customizing and manufacturing luxury shoes for men. In 2012, with the return to Tel Aviv and a lot of inspiration and experience, she founded the brand.She stands behind the idea that except for a shoe, there is barely a piece of clothing that is physically changing your attitude and appearance.Norman & Bella stands for timeless design, high quality and the fusion between soft colors and wild textures.
