Foreningens oppgave er å fremme bevaring av fartøyene etter antikvariske retningslinjer, ivareta de frivilliges interesser og sette flytende kulturminner på dagsorden.Norwegian Ship Preservation Association is a non-govermental organisation for historic vessels. The main purpose of the organisation is to promote the preservation of historic ships as a part of our cultural heritage, encourage the co-operation between owners and co-ordinate the work toward the authorities.
