Norwegian Rescue Drone is an organization that began as an interdisciplinary student project at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim. The project focused on innovative ways to use existing technology in readiness and infrastructure. The work received a substantial amount of attention, and several players joined as collaborators.Norwegian Rescue Drone is now a formally established organization, and consists of the original team members. We have affiliated with us considerable expertise in external collaborators, and wish to work for the development of technology to use in future emergency service.
