The NC Zoo Society supports the North Carolina Zoo and its initiatives by generating financial and other resources from private individuals, corporations and foundations through its membership programs (for individuals, families, and businesses); partnerships; manual, capital and planned-giving campaigns; gift shop sales; grants; special events and travel; adoption; and other programs. The Society also supports the North Carolina Zoo through operating and/or supporting several Zoo initiatives that further enhance the Zoo's education, conservation, recreation and research missions.
