The North Country Behavioral Healthcare Network [NCBHN] consists of 22 Behavioral Healthcare providers (mental health, alcohol & substance abuse, prevention and treatment) located in Jefferson, St. Lawrence, Lewis, Franklin and Essex Counties. Our goal as a network is to address identified needs within the North Country community that include: Local health system development Community education Health care access and health care quality improvement Improved linkages between primary care and behavioral healthcare North Country Management Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of NCBHN.
