Tahoe North Visitors and Convention Bureau For more than 25 years, the Tahoe North Visitors and Convention Bureau (TNVCB) has been the primary destination marketing organization for eastern Placer County and the greater North Lake Tahoe region. As documented in the North Lake Tahoe Tourism and Community Investment Master Plan, a proven definition of a destination marketing organization (DMO) is one whose function is to cooperatively promote tourism based on shared objectives among and between participating member businesses and constituents which are more effectively and efficiently accomplished collectively than independently.
