The North Texas Accountable Healthcare Partnership (NTAHP) is a non-profit, multi-stakeholder organization that was awarded a grant from the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) to implement the State-designated health information exchange (HIE) in North Texas. NTAHP is a 501(c)(3) organization established in 2010 with the purpose of promoting and rewarding local healthcare clinical performance for the citizens of North Texas, that is coordinated, transparent, and value based. The NTAHP HIE's service area covers 11,700 physicians, 137 hospitals and over 6.5 million patients in Dallas, Tarrant, and 11 other counties around the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
