Activities build on clients' abilities and are led by a team of qualified professionals.SENIOR CARE: Making life easier at home and in the communityThe team helps older adults access programs to facilitate independent living in the community. Services include:Information and referrals; Caregiver support groups; andTelephone reassurance calls.The goal is to provide peace of mind to our clients and their caregivers.The friendly and professional team of personal support workers (PSW) helps clients live safely and independently by providing assistance with daily living activities in-home or hospital.The fleet of comfortable vans and friendly drivers provide safe transportation to medical and other appointments, shopping, and social programming within our service area.
