We strive greatly at the Northam Film and Music Festival for acceptance, friendship, and joy. Our most important mission is to bring light to relatively unknown filmmakers and musicians, who often times have powerful messages encased in their work.After two successful festivals, the founders have seen the potential a festival like this could have in a city flourishing with young people like Columbus, Ohio. Northam's goals are to attract 8,000 people to the Columbus Commons at its own outdoor amphitheater, which also includes other amenities, such as food trucks, bathrooms, and a parking garage. While music is being played, films will be shown at the Ohio Theater, which is located behind the Commons. The venue is perfectly situated in the heart of Columbus next to the State House, and not to far from Columbus's most popular attraction: The Short North. Help us produce the next national festival in a city that was born for it.
