The Northeast User Groups Conference (NEUGC) is dedicated to helping their members and the IBM Power Systems community meet the challenge of change in a fast moving technology age. We do this by delivering a yearly education conference at the Sheraton Hotel in Framingham, MA. Each years conference is held in early spring, and consists of approximately 100 sessions, 20 speakers (from both IBM and the POWER systems community), hundreds of attendees, and over 20 vendor sponsors. The conference covers a variety of technical subjects and may include seminars, workshops, and hands on labs.The volunteer effort to coordinate and host this conference comes from the local user groups of the Northeast representing the states of CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, and VT. These user group volunteers devote many hours to put together all of the different facets of this event in order to present a conference that provides a wide array of speakers and subject matter for the Power systems community.
