The Northern California Basketball Officials Association (NCBOA) is an association consisting of independent contractors who officiate youth and adult basketball games and tournaments in the Northern California cities of San Francisco, Daly City, South San Francisco, Pacifica, Pescadero, Half Moon Bay, and Hillsborough. Current membership consists of approximately 150 men and women ranging in age from 18 to 60+. We service youth leagues, private and public junior high and high schools, San Francisco and Daly City Park and Rec. leagues, adult recreation leagues, and various select tournaments. As mentioned, we are an association and, therefore, governed by bylaws and an executive committee (check our contacts page for the current members list). The NCBOA is also accredited with the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) and services the San Francisco, Central Coast, and North Coast Section member leagues.
