Northern Ontario Appraisals Ltd. (NOA) is a residential and commercial real estate appraisal firm that is recognized for its strong relationship with local and provincial lending partners. NOA's appraisal work is accepted and trusted by chartered banks, credit unions, Caisse Populaires, investments groups, mortgage brokers, insurance companies, relocation companies, as well as many individuals. NOA assignments may include: market value appraisals, market rent appraisals, estate and matrimonial deliberations, land valuations, appraisal by plans, value to list and consultations. Head office is located in Timmins ON, and the covers most of Northeastern Ontario spreading from Temiskaming shores, to Hornepayne and as far north, as Moosonee. The company was founded in 1974 by owner/operator, Bruce Delguidice. The company transferred, in 2001, to one of the company's own appraisers, Lucien Cloutier CRA and Broker. In 2016, Tanya Cloutier AACI, P. App , Lucien's daughter, was appointed as President of Operations. On January 1, 2017, Tanya and her husband, Jean Carriere CRA, purchased NOA and launched new initiatives to compliment services and the quality of their products. In the recent years, Northern Ontario Appraisals has received two prestigious awards. In 2002, the company won the Timmins Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year and in 2015 won the Chamber's President Award. Both achievements were presented at the NOVA Awards and accepted by Lucien Cloutier.
