The club was originally located in a residential property in Neutral Bay and moved to its current site in Abbott St, Cammeray in 1964. Over the past 50-odd years, NORTHS has evolved into a sophisticated and innovative entertainment and recreational centre, servicing Sydney's Lower North Shore community. Facilities include two dining areas, function rooms, a 540 seat auditorium, a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness centre, indoor and outdoor lounge areas, a boutique bottle shop with an impressive selection of quality wines, a platinum TAB, 2 squash courts, and a members rewards program. This is all serviced by a multi-level car park that can accommodate over 320 vehicles. In 1996 NORTHS amalgamated with the historic North Sydney Bowling Club which was founded in 1888 and is one of the oldest in Australia. NORTHS then amalgamated with the Seagulls Club, the former giant of the border clubs at Tweed Heads, in 1998. In 2014 Norths Bowlo was closed, renovated and re-opened at The Greens North Sydney.The latest addition to the group is the Lane Cove Club which amalgamated with NORTHS in 2016 and was renovated and rebranded as The Alcott Lane Cove in 2018.Norths Collective also has two state-of-the-art fitness centres Norths Fitness in Cammeray and Revolution Health and Fitness in Tweed Heads.
