Creating a community that provides the tools to move away from hunger and toward independence, our mission is to provide food to the residents of Northwest Denver while promoting respect and dignity.We serve residents of Northwest Denver exclusively with weekly access to fresh produce, perishable and non-perishable food items. Our organization has a rich history, founded by Ellen Torres in the late 1980s and integrated with various other neighborhood agencies throughout the years. Bienvenidos is rooted in a local approach to dignity and basic needs.
