Peace and Luck?Isn't that what we need the most nowadays? Why Peace? We all know that the atomic bomb dropped in Hiroshima, Japan during WWII, there were millions of people died in that incident. There is a Japanese lady, she has vowed to herself that she will make as many paper cranes as the number of death in that bombing incident. However, until her own death, she didn't finish to fold all of them. From that time, people start to bring paper cranes in the hope to have peace. Nowadays, it becomes a strong anti-war symbol. Why Luck? This is based on an ancient Japanese legend. In the legend it said, for those who have folded 1000 paper cranes, the crane god will grant this person a wish come true. I might already fold 5000 cranes, I might already be a very lucky person in this world. Why we are called Secret Messenger? Because in our shop, you can ask me to write a secret message to yourself or your loved one on the paper, and I will use that piece of paper to make the unique piece of origami jewelry for you. These secrets will stay with the cranes forever. ;) And I hope my tiny-mini origami cranes will bring you a lot of luck and peace inside and outside of you. :)I just want to tell you one more bonus of the paper I am using. I only use Japanese washi paper to make mini cranes, and washi paper is UNESCO heritage from Japan. Right now, only three families in Japan are making them. And each paper contains a different motif, and they symbolize different things. For example, the Plum flower ( My favorite one) is a symbol for courage because it is the only flower blossom in winter. I am so lucky that I can buy them, varnish them, make them into beautiful jewelry, and what's even more important is I can deliver them to an amazing person like you. A crane for all of you, A Lotus for all of you
