The Norwegian Organisation for Asylum Seekers (NOAS) is an independent membership organisation working to advance asylum seekers' rights in Norway. NOAS assists asylum seekers at different stages of the asylum process. We meet all newly arrived asylum seekers and give legal aid to more than 1000 rejected asylum seekers every year. In almost half of the cases that we take on, the negative decision is overturned.
