Madison's background in holistic nutrition and wellness, paired with her husband Ben's, opening and management of restaurants from the West Coast to Charleston gives Nosh a great mix of experience to bring to its customers. The two were married in May 2019 and couldn't be more excited to join the fitness and food culture of Charleston, SC. Madison is the founder of Appetit Nutrition and a certified nutrition and wellness consultant from The International Association of Wellness Professionals. She has studied nutrition and the human body extensively as well as the best forms of teaching to provide understanding and create behavior change. Her core value is to be mindful and listen to your unique body that is constantly changing and evolving so that you may nourish it in a way that makes you feel amazing. Every menu item at Nosh will include only organic components that are meant to nourish and heal your body. The menu will include Organic Smoothies, Acai and Smoothie Bowls, Coffee, Toasts (yes, we will of course have Avocado toast!), adaptogenic lattes and beer/wine options. We will also include non-dairy, nut free, and gluten free options. The atmosphere from the design, menu and music will be a warm a lively space that we know everyone will love.
