Not A Coward is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to end the stigma surrounding mental illness, educate the public about mental health issues, and encourage learning about mental health wellness techniques. We aim to end the stigma surrounding mental illness by encouraging honest and open dialogue about the very real struggles individuals suffering with mental illness face. We aim to educate the public about mental health issues through informative web content and public programs. While providing a wide range of mental wellness techniques geared towards helping people persevere through all of life's obstacles.
