Notes du Nord is a new Danish brand established in 2015 with a strong international outlook. You can find us in several high end shops in more than 13 countries spanning from Norway to New Zealand, bringing on more as they come along.We chose our name – Notes du Nord – for several reasons. We wanted a name with an international feel. We wanted it to be feminine and re-affirm our nordic heritage. Translated into English, it simply means Northern Notes. The artwork for our logo has subtle art deco detailing in the letters N and E, a hint of the glitz and glamour of the 1920's.At Notes du Nord we L.O.V.E. art deco.We actually love it so much, that our entire brand universe is built around it. But we don't mean fancy, pretty art deco in the classic sense. We created a mix of the luxurious feel from the art deco era and combined it with the rough contrasts of cracked concrete, ripped wallpaper and overgrown abandoned gardens.We have a classic take on fashion, we make intrincate details and stylish quality styles with a modern and vibrant feel - we simply make Well Designed Confidence!We care deeply about the feeling of the textiles against your skin, the durability of the clothes and that beautiful, little detail in the fabric, which makes all the difference.We work very focused on shape, well-constructed fit and colors on each collection and live for the aesthetic beauty in every detail of the styles. We take pride in hand making all of our prints ourselves, so every line of it will have our signature in it and is coherent with the rest of our universe.Please enjoy.
