Nourish is a FREE regional publication that is produced quarterly by two avid foodies - Vicki Ravlich-Horan who has many years experience in hospitality including owning two Hamilton cafes and Sheryl Mangold who previously coproduced Syrup magazine a national publication and who has been a graphic designer for 15+ years. We currently have two separate editions covering the Waikato and BOP regions.Nourish is printed in full colour on environmentally responsible paper in A4 size and it is also be available on our website for FREE download.Nourish magazine is well supported online with our blog, social media links and ezines so be sure to sign up to recieve email notifications.Alongside Nourish Magazine we have Nourish Design.
