Ian has experience developed within the construction & property UK industries covering the use of various types of standard contracts for both new build and refurbishment projects from inception to practical completion in both public & private sectors including: residential apartment blocks; PRS blocks; student pbsa; new build housing estates; care homes; education new builds & refurbishments; commercial offices; industrial sheds; retail; waste; transport rail & other government buildings.At NQL by managing the functions of cost, time, & quality, we add value to both the design & construction team & thus promote the best & most efficient outcomes for our clients.We are currently providing fund monitoring on behalf of residential construction funders as well as ea/qs services on behalf of residential private developers apartment prs & btr schemes as well as for other developer lead pbsa schemes on a national basis.
