DIAGNOSIS: We will start the process with a 1-on-1 Needs Assessment and Animal Personality Method Launch & Test.2. PLANNING: Based on our diagnosis, we will identify the best coaching approach for each personality through 7 Coachable Questions in 7 Minutes.3. INDUCTION: We will present the Animal Personality Alignment Method together with Workbook & Personality Assessment, and Team Discovery Session.4. COACHING: We will start the coaching sessions using the Seven Minutes Coaching Science, Drive-By Coaching Method, and Sloth Coaching Method.5.
