Over 30 years project management experience, in the IT, electronic media, telecommunication and construction sectors, nationally and internationally.Membership of the Project Management Institute (PMI) since 1994, passing the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam in 1998 and again in 2009 (renewed 2012) and the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification exam in 2009. Registered Engineer with the Institute of Professional Engineers New Zealand (IPENZ) from 1984.Applicable skill sets include:• Business Acumen: Peter has worked internationally for a variety of businesses, encompassing various business cultures, processes and languages. • Vision: Uses visionary and lateral thinking to help understand and resolve project and organisational requirements and issues. • Budget Management: Has successfully controlled projects up to $80 million in value. • Risk Management: Has proactively managed risk on conventional and fast tracked projects.• Change Management: Has been involved in numerous start-up ventures, and business and process changes.
