The Company offers calling screening and completion service to over 6,100 Public Safety Answering Points in the US. The Company is capitalizing on the new demand for public safety telecommunications services by specializing in the creation of enhanced services to serve the new requirements. The Company is able to offer unique, value added products that offer new desired services to the industry.E911 Centers are experiencing high levels of Non-Emergency calls from Non Service Initialized (NSI) Phones. Greater than 95% of E911 calls from NSI handsets are not legitimate E911 calls. Some justifications reported that less than 1% of NSI calls were legitimate. Most of the non-legitimate calls are simple user error and not from malicious intent. PSAPs are vulnerable to "denial of service" attacks from NSI handsets. NSI 911 Inc is uniquely positioned to provide a reduction in non-legitimate NSI call volume without affecting public safety. NSI911 parent company (ARN) already handles more than 16 million calls per month from NSI handsets. NSI 911 has a unique solution that can be implemented immediately with no modification to handset or E911 systems. The system provides for the calling party to complete urgent calls via alternate routing/billing methods, and provides methods for screened E911 calls to be delivered back to the correct PSAP.
