Growing problem among different parts of industries is that they don't know enough about their customers behavior offline. They can get many data about their behavior while visiting their online venues, but offline are hard to achieve. Ntropy analytics uses simple and efficient method to detect people with smartphones, passively detecting devices Wi-Fi probe signals. Collecting these data allows us to come to very detailed insights about behavior of the people while visiting any kind of venues – we know how many people have visited it, how many people have returned, how long do they stay, how often do they come back, average interval between 2 visits and much more. Using these data our clients can make decisions that can positively impact their businesses, find out results of promotions and much more. We are already selling our service to several clients and in coordination with them we are making our platform better suited for different needs. Second phase of the project is upgrading this platform into a full smart city IoT platform that can cost efficiently collect large amount of environmental data, such as temperature, humidity, air pollution, CO2, allergens, wind direction and power, noise levels and more. In this way, network of these devices can give valuable data in real time about local conditions, signal alerts if needed and provide relevant data for the analytics and AI platforms that can give important insights about the city where the platform is installed.
