I started Nu-trition after I was diagnosed as being gluten intolerant and having identified a need in the market for tastier gluten free biscuits.I experimented endlessly with alternate grains and flours and developed these recipes...using techniques Iâd spent years developingâŚtraditional recipes have developed into mouth watering gluten free delicacies. All biscuits are individually made using traditional methods and therefore are all slightly different in appearance unadulterated no preservatives, colours or artificial flavours just good wholesome ingredients.
