NUCARI is an association of utility construction and excavation professionals working in Rhode Island. Our works include water, sewer, roads, bridges, commercial and residential projects. The work that our member companies do provides critical services to our fellow Rhode Islanders. Our association represents a multitude of Rhode Island businesses and hundreds of employees. Our members are also suppliers of equipment, materials, and services to contractors. The mission of the National Utility Contractors Association of Rhode Island is to advance the operational proficiency of member companies; to advocate for funding and legislative initiatives that keep crews working; to provide a forum and resources for member companies to collaborate and grow; and to improve the underground infrastructure of our state.
