We are a new type of credentialing company that provides full lifecycle custom credentialing solutions with our primary focus on "Provider First" design and thinking. Our delivery model focuses on eliminating administrative time for providers so that they can reallocate that time to patient or leisure. We accomplish this through a very simple formula:- Strong partnership with the recruiting organization to ensure we have a strong onboarding process to credential providers as soon as possible- Limit the amount of time we use from providers by proactively collecting information and process on behalf of the provider wherever possible- Build long lasting, trusting relationships by being available and accessible through a concierge service focus- Leverage technology to ensure there is a high degree of data accuracy and integrity across systemsOur measures of success are simple, we want providers to be promoters of our services, so we track how much time we are taking from them for credentialing with the goal of driving continuous improvement through our model and have providers spend less of their time on credentialing and renewal tasks.
