Envisaged in 2011 and launched through a small office in Riyadh with only 5 employees focused on a single client in our first year. Fast forward to 2019, Nudhum, we have grown our client base to a solid foundation of service reputation, quality, innovation and sound technical expertise to our customers.We have attained Classification One and employ more than 200 staff.We are focused on recruiting and developing local Saudi talent, represented throughout the organisation from our dynamic CEO to project management, engineers and technicians. We recognise huge potential and sustainable skills available to us from employment of Saudi women who have enriched our business and capabilities. We are proud that our Saudi staff make up 50% of our talent pool and we continue to actively grow this number.Our strategy for a robust and sustainable business which embeds the values of Vision 2030 is to attract, train and develop the right talent from local market.
