For 20 years Nuova Picafond has been producing brass components for several applications and our experience and flexibility allow us to satisfy any customers request with quick and reliable solutions. Thanks to the strong know-how achieved, we are able to manufacture forged brass components upon drawing and finish them with mechanical machining and any other treatments: our in-house presses and CNC machines, allow us to provide our customers with pieces finished in all their parts or even roughened, upon customer's requirements. Our Plant is equipped with a wide range of presses, CNC machines and transfer machines which make us flexible and quick, so that we could supply our customers with hot forged finished parts from 15 grams up to 1500 grams, in small or bulk quantities. Due to the constantly changing market requests, our productive process is strongly automated and, all along the years, Nuova Picafond has achieved several certifications such as: -ISO 9002 -achieved in 1999 with SQS and DQS auditors -ISO 9001:2000 (VISION) - achieved on 2002, June 19th -ISO 9001:2008 -achieved in June 2009
