NuRoam is a small start-up company founded to let people bring their phones with them when travelling abroad without paying exorbitant international roaming fees. NuRoam is the only complete international roaming solution. Currently consumers have to make a choice between cost and convenience. A consumer can bring their phone with them when travelling abroad, but with texting costs of up to $0.50 / SMS, phone calls for $5 / min and data of up to $20,000 / GB the customer is getting gouged and for most this is not a viable option. The other option is to buy a world SIM for slightly discounted pricing or a local SIM card for the best pricing, but you will have to give out your new phone number to everyone, people in your home country trying to reach you will have to pay international call fees and so will you when trying to reach them. NuRoam fixes all of these problems to give you the best of both worlds.
