Nurses House, Inc. is the national charity offering financial assistance to RN's who are ill, injured, or disabled and are unable to afford basic necessary living expenses. Nurses House offers assistance to approximately 100-150 nurses each year, depending on the amount of applications recieved. Last year, Nurses House gave over $140,000 in aid to nurses in need. The Nurses House mission is "nurses helping nurses." Funds come from donations by nurses and the nursing community.
