Nurture Retreats provides personal development and life skills programs to mum's located in Melbourne , Victoria. Nurture Retreats offers its 8 week part time signature program Empowering Motherhood, to both working and stay at home mum's in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. This exciting program takes women on a journey of self discovery around identity, life before motherhood, transition into motherhood, values and belief systems, how to self nurture, chaos to contentment, life balance, exploring, developing and nurturing family history and traditions, networking, creating a vision board and discovering what makes their heart sing and taking action. Post program Nurture Retreats offers one on one coaching and an annual Retreat which is available to all clients of the program.Lee is a facilitator and workplace/life coach who lives in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges with her husband, 3 children and 2 cats. Over the last 15 years she has worked with both corporate and tafe clients, empowering them to be a more authentic version of themselves. More recently Lee has worked with the long term unemployed, guiding them forward by exploring what drives them.Lee has a real passion for working with women, and has run weekend personal growth retreats for tired mums. Working with her own personal experience, Lee has also run retreats for women adoptees, around story telling and letting go, making room for the new."Contentment comes from knowing your imperfections,and still feeling comfortable inyour own skin."
