Nuvista started its journey since 1964 as Organon (Bangladesh) a subsidiary of Organon International, based in the Netherlands. It changed to Nuvista Pharma Limited in 2006. Nuvista Pharma became a subsidiary of Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in 2017. Nuvista Pharma in many respects remains the same.
