Over the last decade, as the rate of change in business has accelerated, the practice of leadership has not kept pace. We launched Nvolv Partners, Inc. to address this challenge by helping leaders evolve and organizations transform in response to this rapidly changing marketplace. We serve as thought partners, change strategists, executive coaches, and process consultants to our clients. We collaborate with our clients to help them develop effective change strategies and then support them as they lead and manage the change process. In complex organizations, change occurs through thoughtful interventions as well as the personal commitment and consistent actions of leaders. We draw on our 25 years of experience in guiding leaders throughout the change process, helping them evolve their leadership to effectively transform their organizations. Real transformation requires months, sometimes years to take hold. Our goal is to stay present long enough to build momentum, and to help the client reach the point of self-sufficiency. We are not in the business of selling the next engagement—more often than not, we recommend to our clients when it's time for us to leave. We show up as human beings and professionals, without pretense—and we expect our clients to do the same. This allows us to be flexible and creative in how we approach their unique situations. Because of the nature and intensity of our work, we tend to build long-term, meaningful relationships with leaders from across the enterprise that often outlast the engagement. In both our clients and our colleagues, we seek forward-thinking leaders who are intent on bringing about positive change within complex systems. They must be open to new ways of thinking and committed to personally embodying the change they want to lead.
