NxTgen Infrastructure Services provides small and mid-size cities with services, systems and expertise required to capture, value and manage the influx of wireless technologies involving public infrastructure. We bridge the prevailing skills and resource gap between the telecom carriers and municipal Public Works and Planning personnel to effectively manage the assessment, permitting and introduction of small cell and 3rd party municipal wireless deployments`Our goals involve helping municipal leaders insure that their policies reflect local requirements and goals, align with state and federal laws and ultimately and enable all the benefits that wireless broadband expansion should offer. We provide support via three tiers of service: Administrative Readiness, Infrastructure Management & Control and Out-Tasked Support. Services Include:• Wireless Policy Assessment and Development, Wireless Process Assessment and Development, • GIS Inventory Surveys of all public assets including tanks, tower, poles, public buildings, optical fiber, conduit systems, etc.• New development or adaptation of existing database(S) to capture all assets that could act as sites for small cell wireless installations• RF Surveys of all in-city sources of carrier and emergency services wireless propagation. Designed to identify weaknesses and gaps to support improved services and wireless siting alternatives. • Post deployment audits- designed to certify that installations I filed meet all element previously permitted by the city. The audit procesds also captures all inventory information, post deployment, for upload to the GIS database.• Out-tasked legal and ongoing support services including carrier contract lease review and negotiations. NxTgen also provides process service to manage the submittal, review and approval process typically managed by a city's Planning Desk.
