Born in Tequila, Jalisco in Mexico "Tequila" is a premium spirit in the world of liquor. It was created by Spanish Conquistadors, and has been produced since the 16th century in the highlands of Tequila, Jalisco, a city 40 miles northwest of Guadalajara; where the spirit gets its name from. Since then Tequila has become a top choice spirit, and it's present all over the globe. Forever in search of perfection, the Ramos Family went beyond any other Tequila brand has ever gone, and brought to the market the following product. NYLA (pronounced "ny-lah") Organic Tequila is a family owned and operated company founded by the Ramos Family in June of 1976. They also own the distillery, Tequila 3 Reales de Jalisco, S. A. de C. V. (3 Reales), based in Jalisco, Mexico where NYLA Organic Tequila is produced. As a company, NYLA's ultimate goal is to supply customers with a high quality product. Certified by the USDA, ours is the first organic tequila to hit the market while credited as an official kosher, vegan, and gluten-free product with only 35 calories per serving. We make every effort to produce NYLA Organic Tequila in the old-fashioned handcrafted method from which tequila originated. Our initial product is the NYLA Organic Tequila Blanco- an un-aged clear liquid that goes down smooth while still retaining all the nuance of high-end tequila. It is also our intention to introduce a full line of tequila products with a Reposado (aged 6 months), X-Añejo (aged 7 years) and Joven (51% blanco tequila, 49% Agave Syrup spirits). However, we feel it is necessary to re-introduce the consumer to the blanco tequila. NYLA intends to revive the luster and sophistication that tequila was meant to radiate, starting with our triple distilled blanco.
