We are a New Zealand based private investment company. Our focus is on providing money, knowledge and support to business owners under the age of 40. We are on the lookout for businesses to work with, across all industries, at varying stages of their business life cycle. We look to provide sub-ordinated debt to young companies so that they have the required capital to assist them achieve their growth aspirations. We generally secure this subordinated debt behind a primary lender. On occasions we'll also get in and roll our sleeves up alongside our clients, we may look to introduce them to experienced industry insiders who can offer advice, or we'll just act as a sounding board, over a coffee or a beer.
