Nzo's products and philosophy was honed making gear for mountain biking, and we are still based in the bike riding Mecca that is Rotorua, in New Zealand's North Island. Founders are lifetime bike rider Gaz Sullivan and his partner Glen Anderson. They used their combined industry experience in graphic and fashion design to build a reputation for unbreakable kit with its own unique style.Mountain bikers are gear-obsessed, and must be among the worst people to have as customers if you are selling apparel. They go where there is dirt, they crash on it, they ride when its raining and the dirt turns to mud, then they grind that mud into their clothing. Some of them follow the laundry instructions in their garments, most don't. Thousands of mountain bikers in New Zealand rely on Nzo kit to go the distance.The company's operational headquarters are now in Hong Kong. Nzo products are made in a purpose built factory, and the company is leading the way in mass-customisation of products alongside their traditional products. Warehousing and shipping from Hong Kong bring more efficiency as people in the north have become aware of Nzo.
