NETI-USP (Centre for the Study of International Courts at the University of São Paulo) is a permanent study and research group formed by scholars, professors and researchers who meet periodically to discuss a jurisprudential and normative activity of international courts and tribunals, as well as the jurisdictional extension of these institutions.The research group is led by Associate Professor Wagner Menezes (FDUSP), with the approval of the Department of International and Comparative Law, and is institutionalized within the scope of the Research Commission of the Largo de São Francisco Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo.
