We are running matchmaking program wherein curated Start up developing or scaling highly emerging technology in any sector and Angels willing to invest for diversification of wealth through participating in Startups growth journey. Yes, we are scouting for Angels and Founder to make their dream achievable. Apart from mentoring, 02 role include a) curating Startup b) initial due diligence c) conducting road shows d) receipt of commitment e) third party due diligence f) flagging red flag & preparing closing documents g) execution transaction h) post monitoring i) providing regular updates to investor j) arranging exitAlike others, we would not be charging any fees from the Investors. We believe in the fair compensation policy. *Please note that investment in Startup are illiquid in nature and as per study most of the startup fails. So would not like to suggest diversification for more than 25% of your wealth into this kind of instrument. Further, startup investment is very risky from any class/category of instrument.
