O4IA stands for the Office for Infrastructure and Architecture. We operate design within a variety of scales, always taking in mind the seamless interrelation between the projected building and it's surroundings. At O4IA we believe that Infrastructure and Architecture are two sides of the same coin and cannot be seen as separate entities. O4IA is founded by Raffy Kock, which has had a broad experience both in Urban renewal projects as in Retail interiors. Raffy Has a passion for public space both in urban it's urban an architectural expression. His vision is based on the concept of Communicative Space: to create spaces that evoke a special feeling. Architecture and Urbanism that can tell a story as well as they are able to meet the functional demands required. At O4IA, we strive to design and excel, to exceed expectations of a project and to achieve a great and efficient design process based on accurate information that can be translated into spatially assertive and poetic results within each and any project. O4IA works in partnerships with different technical and engineering bureaus and uses BIM software to effectively manage the complete process from design to realisation.
