Our mission is to create an elegant country wedding or event experience for you and your guests that is unique when compared to other country venues. We offer one of the largest Wells Barns in Western New York. Oak Knolls Manor is an historic country property, situated on State Route 5 between the Villages of Avon and Caledonia, in the heart of the historic Genesee Valley. The property includes a restored 1890's Federal Colonial Farmhouse with Wells Barn, out building, and grain silos, surrounded by hundreds of acres of farmland. With a seating capacity of 250, the main barn is the venue for all events. This Wells Barn, built in the early 1900's, is one of the few remaining barns built by J.T. Wells & Sons. The attention to detail found in the 35 foot high arched cathedral ceiling structures is breath-taking. The main barn floor is over 4,000 square feet and provides a magnificent setting for weddings, corporate events, family reunions, fundraisers, and other special events.
