Oakland HOPE is motivated by the love of God to alleviate hunger and empower lives. We achieve our mission by serving Oakland County residents in need of food, resources, and support.To fulfill our mission, we have key goals:1) Attack hunger and food insecurity through a client-choice food pantry2) provide job training on site 3) Ensure sustainability. We will achieve long-term sustainability through the Oakland HOPE's Thrift Store, which is our primary funding mechanism so we are not totally dependent on grants & donations.
