Oakland Rhythmic Gymnastics offers recreational rhythmic gymnastics classes and competitive teams at the Junior Olympic and National levels. Our club has a proud 25 year tradition as a nationally recognized, premier rhythmic program. Rhythmic Gymnastics is an Olympic sport in which athletes perform choreographed routines to music using various hand apparatus including ball, ribbon, clubs, hoop, and rope. Our beautiful sport promotes the development of hand-eye coordination, strength, musicality, flexibility, and confidence in a fun and progressive setting. We offer rhythmic gymnastics classes for all ages, as well as specialty classes in ballet, jazz, flexibilty and conditioning designed to enhance athletic performance.
