The Oaktown Group was founded to address the problems that contractors and developers are facing in securing project financing for commercial solar energy projects. We connect qualified solar energy projects with Project financing sources. We serve a critical role in the making sure projects in the pipeline get completed. The Oaktown Group focuses on projects that are between 100KW – 10 MW. The Oaktown Group is addressing a critical market gap that larger commercial banks find too small, and smaller regional funding sources lack the expertise. We utilize financial modeling techniques to reduce risk and target high returns for our investors.
